Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a PRN to Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our therapy team at our newly acquired senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. Requirements

Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
A passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing setting
Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

Evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans
Helping patients regain independence in daily living tasks (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and self-care
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Documenting progress according to regulatory and company standards
