About The Position

As a member of our team, you will provide direct therapy services, support and education to children and families enrolled in Pediatric Therapy, a program of SOAR365, using a family centered approach. These children and their families are receiving Part C programming, or outpatient services, through direct therapy services in a specialized area. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve. Requirements

  • hold a Master's degree or higher in their assigned therapy field
  • Doctorate and state licensure preferred
  • applicants should possess State certification as an Early Intervention Professional and a combination of education and experience relevant to the assignment
  • proficiency in therapy-specific skills, knowledge of the latest clinical techniques, and excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • ability to travel to scheduled appointments via driving or an alternate form of transportation

Responsibilities

  • meeting service standards through evaluation, consultation, direct care, and case management for infants and toddlers
  • timely and accurate completion of all job tasks, including clinical documentation, billing, physician orders, and participation in assigned meetings
  • maintaining current professional certifications and applying specialized knowledge
  • communicate effectively with staff and families to promote agency goals
  • strict adherence to all agency policies regarding safety, non-discrimination, and HIPAA privacy standards.
