About The Position

As a member of our team, you will provide direct therapy services, support and education to children and families enrolled in Pediatric Therapy, a program of SOAR365, using a family centered approach. These children and their families are receiving Part C programming, or outpatient services, through direct therapy services in a specialized area. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve. Requirements

hold a Master's degree or higher in their assigned therapy field
Doctorate and state licensure preferred
applicants should possess State certification as an Early Intervention Professional and a combination of education and experience relevant to the assignment
proficiency in therapy-specific skills, knowledge of the latest clinical techniques, and excellent oral and written communication abilities
ability to travel to scheduled appointments via driving or an alternate form of transportation

Responsibilities

meeting service standards through evaluation, consultation, direct care, and case management for infants and toddlers
timely and accurate completion of all job tasks, including clinical documentation, billing, physician orders, and participation in assigned meetings
maintaining current professional certifications and applying specialized knowledge
communicate effectively with staff and families to promote agency goals
strict adherence to all agency policies regarding safety, non-discrimination, and HIPAA privacy standards.
