About The Position
Based in our DTLA Clinic, our exciting, collaborative, and multidisciplinary OT team seeks a dedicated individual to handle school assessments. This is a HYBRID opportunity - you will need to travel to our partner schools around LA, conducting assessments, but your report writing can be done from home and most IEP meetings are virtual. Requirements
- License / Certification from the state of California in Occupational Therapy
- Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability coverage)
- Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
- A current TB Test
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and communicate on-going client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals via progress reporting and IEPs
