Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Wisconsin
• Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF preferred
• A strong communicator, motivator, and collaborator
• Someone who brings heart, organization, and a passion for quality outcomes
• Dedication to exceptional resident experiences and clinical excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing therapy team
• Build a positive, resident-centered therapy culture
• Mentor and support therapists in delivering exceptional care
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
• Foster innovation, safety, and best-practice treatment approaches
• Serve as a trusted leader for residents, families, and community partners
