Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage outpatient therapy services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and staff.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage administrative tasks.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Provide clinical support and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with clinical competency requirements.
