We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative pediatric outpatient clinic in Folsom, CA. Located just outside of Sacramento, Folsom offers a welcoming, family-friendly community with beautiful scenery and year-round outdoor recreation. From the trails and waterfront at Folsom Lake to the charm of Historic Folsom, this area blends small-town character with modern convenience. Details of the role: Anticipated start date: Flexible Salary range: Up to $2,196 weekly Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks

Requirements

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Knowledge of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and fine motor skill development.
  • Strong communication skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ability to create engaging, play-based treatment plans.
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate pediatric patients and identify functional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver play-based interventions to improve motor, sensory, and ADL skills.
  • Educate families and support home carryover.
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain compliance.
