Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
Current or eligible for New York State OT license
NBCOT certification (or eligible)
Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads

Nice To Haves

Hand therapy experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat outpatient clients across a diverse caseload including upper extremity rehabilitation, hand therapy, neurological conditions, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluations.
Design creative, evidence-based treatment plans, fabricate custom splints when needed, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
Have dedicated one-on-one time with each patient.
