Waterman Canyon Post Acute is looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is creative, compassionate, and dedicated to improving quality of life through purposeful therapy. Position Options & Pay Full-Time: $46.00 – $52.00 per hour Per Diem: $53.00 – $56.00 per hour PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Help patients improve performance in activities of daily living
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic recovery
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Maintain compliant, accurate documentation
- Promote safety, independence, and functional success
