Position Options & Pay Full-Time: $46.00 – $52.00 per hour Per Diem: $53.00 – $56.00 per hour PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Help patients improve performance in activities of daily living
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic recovery
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
  • Maintain compliant, accurate documentation
  • Promote safety, independence, and functional success
