About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered therapy services focused on improving independence, functional abilities, and quality of life. The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the practicing state
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
