Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Locust Grove, Orange & Surrounding Areas, VA Competitive Pay | Flexible Scheduling | Mileage Reimbursement Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled in-home therapy services throughout Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties, including Stafford, Spotsylvania, Locust Grove, and Orange. Requirements

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 2–3 years OT experience (home health preferred)
• OASIS experience preferred
• EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase a plus)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home OT evaluations and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per physician orders
• Provide skilled interventions to improve functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and home safety
• Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
