Occupational Therapist (OT) - Center-Based (Part-Time/PRN)

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted Florida OT license.
- Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with care standards.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of recent experience in acute care or rehabilitation .
- Pediatric experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Delivering occupational therapy services as prescribed by a physician.
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify therapy needs, goals, and expected outcomes.
- Developing and implementing a personalized Plan of Care , coordinating with nurses and healthcare staff.
- Administering therapeutic techniques to meet developmental and functional goals.
- Maintaining open communication with families, team members, and physicians to ensure quality, consistent care.
- Ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practices.
- Acting as a resource and mentor for clinical staff.
- Supervising COTAs and HHAs as required.
- Participating in case conferences, in-services, and team meetings to support collaborative care.
