Requirements

  • master's degree (or bachelor's degree for those grandfathered in) in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university
  • current license as an occupational therapist in the State of Wisconsin

Responsibilities

  • plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct occupational therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility
