Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in DC
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Provide home health occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address ADLs, safety, and functional independence
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
- Educate patients and caregivers on care techniques
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
