About The Position

All Care Therapies is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic outpatient team! This opportunity is currently part-time, with potential to increase to a full-time position in the future. Now offering up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus! This position is fully on-site, located at: 6420 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048 What You’ll Do: Assessments: Evaluate clients’ physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional functions to determine therapy needs. Treatment Planning: Create individualized plans of care and set client-centered goals. Intervention: Deliver occupational therapy services both onsite and via teletherapy, focusing on improving functional abilities. Education: Provide guidance to clients and caregivers to support progress and independence. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records using our EMR system. Compliance: Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards including HIPAA compliance. Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing education and development opportunities. Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 2 days onsite at our outpatient clinic (flexible scheduling available)
  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Unrestricted and active Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing as an Occupational Therapist
  • A caring and compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with clients across the lifespan (pediatrics to geriatrics)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • CEU requirements must be maintained per state licensure guidelines

Nice To Haves

  • Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience is preferred
