About The Position

Ready to provide high-value services and make an immediate impact in Redmond, WA ? Cross Country Education is actively seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time opportunity in the thriving district near Redmond area. Join us to support student functional goals across both Elementary and Middle School campuses, providing vital services from late February through the end of the 2026 school year. Position Overview: Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across elementary and middle school settings, integrating services within their educational environment. Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with Special Education teams, teachers, and school staff to support student functional skills, adaptive behavior, and sensory needs within the school setting. Manage a multi-site caseload for the defined contract period (late February through mid-June), and attend mandatory full-day district trainings.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Washington State professional license and certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Active Washington State (WA-OSPI) Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification for Occupational Therapists
  • Willingness to work in-person, on-site across multiple school campuses within the district

Nice To Haves

  • Previous school-based experience, particularly collaborating with multiple outside agencies (Preferred)
