Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current WA OT license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
