You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT. 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $ 55-65/hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status (full-time, part-time, or PRN) Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays Continuing Education Support Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current WA license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
