About The Position

Occupational Therapist position working day shifts from 8:00a–4:30p with 35 guaranteed hours per week. Role focuses on providing rehabilitative services to improve patients’ functional independence, mobility, and ability to perform activities of daily living. OT will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans and promote optimal patient outcomes in the assigned setting.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapy license required in the state of practice
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills required
• Ability to manage caseload independently while maintaining professional standards and compliance with facility policies
• All credentials must be active and in good standing at submission

Nice To Haves

• Prior clinical experience in the relevant care setting preferred
