About The Position
Occupational Therapist position, 35 hours/week, Monday through Friday (8:00am–4:30pm), 90-day contract. Role includes providing therapy services across two skilled nursing locations, working 3 days onsite at one facility and 2 days onsite at another. Focus on improving patient independence, functional mobility, and quality of life for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Collaborates with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license required.
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehab preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Must be able to independently perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage caseloads across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
