About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a float pool team, providing therapeutic services across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will support individuals in developing, recovering, and improving the skills required for daily living and work-related activities.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience in clinical, school, or healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to work in a float capacity across multiple locations
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
