About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered therapy services in a float capacity across assigned locations. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions aimed at improving functional independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple care settings
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living and functional skills
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Float between assigned units and locations as required
