About The Position

This Occupational Therapist position supports a regional hospital-based rehabilitation program . The role includes treating a diverse patient population across: Outpatient orthopedics Neurological rehabilitation Acute care (30%+ of caseload) The position also provides limited hand therapy support , secondary to orthopedic and acute care responsibilities. The OT will collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team consisting of 7 Physical Therapists and 1 Speech-Language Pathologist .

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years
• Certifications: BLS
• State OT License (pending license accepted)
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Locals Accepted: Yes
• Floating: Will float within scope as needed
• RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
• Scheduling & Guarantee Guaranteed Hours Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment without penalty or obligation to pay for canceled hours
• On-call hours do not count toward guaranteed minimum hours
