Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current (or eligible) Wisconsin COTA license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with older adults
  • Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
  • Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Assist residents in improving independence, mobility, and daily function
  • Lead therapeutic activities and functional interventions
