About The Position

Hale Nani is now hiring a full-time Occupational Assistant. $1000 Sign On Bonus! Job Summary: Responsible for implementing treatment programs established by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with all state and federal regulations. Collaborates with center staff to promote the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for the patients.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two-year college degree
• Licensure: Occupational Therapy Assistants will hold licensure as outlined by the State Board of Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities

• Screens and makes recommendations based on observations of assigned patients as needed.
• Implements established occupational therapy treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Collaborates and communicates effectively with other center team members to ensure optimal patient care and progress.
• Prioritizes responsibilities to ensure effective clinical operations.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to attain productivity benchmark.
• Completes documentation and billing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures MD orders are obtained according to company policy and procedures
