Synergy Care is looking for a qualified licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant/Rehab Director for a full-time position at AL/memory care community with an onsite outpatient clinic located in Lake Charles, LA. Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
• Must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
• Must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
