Requirements
- Associate degree from accredited OTA program
- Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility)
- 2+ years experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist OT with patient assessments and treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve ADLs and mobility
- Implement prescribed exercises and adaptive techniques
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs
- Document visits and communicate patient progress
