Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
- Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility)
- Reliable transportation for home visits
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of OT, rehab, or home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient assessments and treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve motor skills, endurance, and daily functioning
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and adaptive equipment
- Document care and communicate progress with the care team
