What You’ll Do: Provide home health occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and adaptive techniques Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems Communicate updates with supervising OT and care team What We’re Looking For: Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) in Virginia (or eligible) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required Home health experience preferred, not required Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes Service Area: Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas including: Stafford, VA Spotsylvania, VA King George, VA Woodbridge, VA Dumfries, VA Culpeper, VA Warrenton, VA Orange, VA Let’s Be Real: If you want flexibility, control over your schedule, and the ability to focus on your patients — this is that role.
