About The Position

As a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) , you’ll provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes — no clinic overload, no rushing between multiple patients at once. You’ll help patients regain independence in daily living activities and improve their quality of life where it matters most. Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) in Maryland or eligible
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between patients

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
• Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
• Communicate updates with supervising OT and care team
