Requirements

Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Minimum 1–2 years experience (home health preferred)
EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement established treatment plans
Assist patients in improving activities of daily living and functional independence
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR
Communicate patient progress to supervising OT and care team
