Requirements
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Minimum 1–2 years experience (home health preferred)
- EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans
