Practice Highlights: The department offers a wide variety of physical services including DOT physicals, screenings, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function testing and workers' compensation appointments Providers have access to comprehensive imaging and laboratory services available on site Well-established team of physicians supported by dedicated staff Specialist provider support through consult & follow-up visits Strong mentorship within the department

Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Associate/Assistant required by start date
  • Unrestricted OR State Medical License required by start date
  • Current DEA certificate required prior to start date

Nice To Haves
