About The Position

Carle Health is seeking an Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our established practice in Urbana, Illinois. Opportunity Details Full-time, hospital-employed position Join an established team with BC physicians and two other Advanced Practice Providers Clinic hours are Mon – Fri, 7 AM – 5 PM Modern facility with ancillary services onsite Responsibilities include conducting employee physicals, annual testing, fit for duty exams, worker's comp, and work injuries Education Requirements: Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner DOT Medical Examiner certification or ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner certification within 90 days of hire required Occupational Medicine experience is a plus Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure About Our Community Champaign-Urbana has been defined as a micro-urban community, meaning we have many of the amenities of a much bigger city, with the feel of a smaller town. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
