Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification in Missouri
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Occupational Health experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care for occupational and non-occupational health needs
• Provide first aid and coordinate follow-up care for workplace injuries
• Support hearing, vision, and respiratory health programs
• Partner on ergonomic and musculoskeletal health initiatives
• Maintain accurate and compliant records within our electronic HSE system (Intelex)
• Conduct medical evaluations and onsite eye exams
• Refer employees to appropriate health resources when needed
• Contribute to additional HSE and occupational health activities as assigned
