The Global X OCC Coordinator serves as the vital link between the Ground Handling Department and OCC (Operations Control Center). Their role involves coordinating, supervising, and ensuring follow-through with designated handlers, fuel providers, catering services, cleaning services, security, and more. The OCC Coordinator's primary objective is to gather all necessary information to ensure the seamless operation of each flight. This position is designed to alleviate the workload of various departments (Sales, Catering, Security) involved in daily flight operations by providing support and ensuring the successful execution of contracted services. The coordinator reports to the OCC Director and holds a position within OCC. The OCC Coordinator role demands flexibility and operational support in all applicable aspects to ensure the successful completion of each flight.
