BayCare Medical Group, a physician-led, not‑for‑profit organization, is seeking an experienced Board‑Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital and support BayCare’s expanding GME OB/GYN Residency Program in the beautiful Tampa Bay. Position Overview The physician will lead the launch and growth of a new outpatient Obstetrics & Gynecology practice, with the freedom to shape clinical focus, workflows, and long-term direction. Working alongside BayCare’s OB Hospitalist team, the role maintains a strong outpatient emphasis with optional participation in surgeries and C‑sections. You will also play a key role in BayCare’s developing Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program by mentoring residents, contributing to quality and safety initiatives .

Requirements

  • Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
