Position Overview The physician will lead the launch and growth of a new outpatient Obstetrics & Gynecology practice, with the freedom to shape clinical focus, workflows, and long-term direction. Working alongside BayCare’s OB Hospitalist team, the role maintains a strong outpatient emphasis with optional participation in surgeries and C‑sections. You will also play a key role in BayCare’s developing Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program by mentoring residents, contributing to quality and safety initiatives .

Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Interest in resident education and mentorship
• Desire to help build and shape a growing women’s health program
