Requirements

MD/DO
Unrestricted State Medical License
Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
Completion of ACGME OBGYN Residency program
Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
BLS
Active and Unrestricted Florida License (or ability to obtain a Florida License)
Completion of Accredited OB/GYN Residency Program
Board Certified in OB/GYN
