Obstetrics and Gynecology physician Job Quick Facts Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Marquette, MI Service Setting: Inpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: May 28 - Ongoing Coverage Type: Call only Shifts needed to be filled in: - May 28; 8a -4p (orientation) - May 29(7a) - Jun 1(7a) - Jul 10(7a) - 13(7a) Call Schedule: 24 -hr call; 7a -7a Call Type: Beeper Call Volume: 8/day (55/wk) Call Response Time: 10 mins (respond to ED & L&D) - Within 30 mins of initial contact to ED or OB unit when required for emergency conditions. Patient Volume: 4 -5 per day Ave. Annual Deliveries: 370 -380 (OB) Admissions Required: Yes Rounding Included: Yes - Assigned/unassigned (FM residency generally takes the unassigned) Support Staff: 6 -8 RNs Beds in the Dept: 15 Trauma Level: II EMR: Athena & Cerner Required to Supervise APPs: Yes Resident/Teaching Supervision required: Yes - FM residents & 3/4th yr med students. Other Info: Hospital Stroke Certified Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
