About The Position
Our Physician group, Florida Woman Care, is seeking a Full-time or Part-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join the team in Sebring, FL - the City on the Circle. Board Certified/Board Eligible, experienced and resident physicians are encouraged to apply. Practice Highlights Busy, established, newly remodeled practice with plenty of growing room Large staff with 22 employees, including mammogram, ultrasound and surgical suites Approximately 2.5 days in clinic; 1 surgery day; 2 days covering Labor & Delivery (flexible) Average daily patient census 35-40 total Average deliveries 40 - 60 per month Great mentorship opportunity for resident physicians 1:5 weekend Call (Midwives take 1st call/Physicians take 2nd Call from home) Deliveries are performed at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital/GYN surgeries are performed at HCA Highlands Hospital $100k Sign-on/retention bonus Location qualifies for Loan Forgiveness Program Above average base salary, plus productivity bonuses (opportunity to double your salary in year 2) Partnership in 2 years Full or Part-time schedule (can discuss any schedule to accommodate your lifestyle, i.e., 2 weeks on/2 weeks off) Full benefits; 401K retirement with company matching; company paid malpractice insurance 4 weeks PTO; CME allowance Membership opportunity
