Role Summary We are seeking motivated and compassionate OB/GYN physicians who are interested in expanding their clinical expertise in reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Ready to be done with in house overnight call? This role offers a unique opportunity to gain advanced, hands-on experience in fertility care under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Specialist. Physicians will participate in all aspects of patient care related to fertility evaluation and treatment, including ovarian stimulation, ultrasound monitoring, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer, following evidence-based, standardized protocols designed to ensure consistency, safety, and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Current, unrestricted medical license in Colorado.
Strong interest in fertility medicine and patient-centered reproductive care.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and procedural skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial fertility evaluations and ongoing patient consultations
Perform and assist in procedures including:
Transvaginal ultrasound
Ovarian stimulation and cycle monitoring
Ultrasound-guided egg retrievals
Embryo transfers
Follow clearly defined, evidence-based treatment protocols to optimize ovarian responsiveness with dosing and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate closely with the supervising REI specialist and multidisciplinary fertility care team (nursing, embryology, andrology, and counseling staff).
Participate in continuous education, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
Maintain meticulous documentation within electronic medical record system in compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Shared call coverage with other OBGYNs and REI. Call consists of one week at a time in house phone coverage after hours (9pm-7am) with weekend clinic coverage for monitoring and procedures as needed.
