About The Position
As a part-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) at Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ, you’ll be inspired by the community you serve as a valued member of the Lifepoint Health team, a nationally recognized healthcare organization committed to caring with a local heart. Position Details Established practice with strong referral patterns and loyal patients Modern medical office located on the campus of Canyon Vista Medical Center Collaborative team including experienced OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Women’s Health NPs Traditional OB/GYN mix: Approximately 75% Obstetrics / 25% Gynecology Robust support system: Full clinical and administrative support staff Integrated EMRs: Athena in clinic, Cerner in hospital Advanced technology: Da Vinci Surgical Robot & brand-new ultrasound equipment Schedule: Part-Time Schedule: 7 – 10 days per month (other flexible scheduling options available) OR time: Block scheduling, with the option for additional cases
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Skilled in a full spectrum of OB/GYN procedures, including: Cesarean sections Hysterectomies (including robotic assisted) Laparoscopy D&Cs Ablations Fibroid resections Pelvic floor repairs
