Job Quick Facts: Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Hood River, OR Service Setting: Inpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Type: Call only Shifts needed to be filled: - Jun 19 -21, 26 -28 - Jul 31 -Aug 2 Call Schedule: 24 -hrs; 7a -7a - 8 shifts/month (incl 2 weekends) Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 15 mins Callback %: 80 Patients Volume: 16 -19 Annual Deliveries: 350 Support Staff: 2 RNs, 4 MAs, FM OBs/Residents Procedures: - High & Low Pregnancy - FHR Interpretation - Complicated & Routine Delivery - Repair of 3rd & 4th Lacerations - Surgical/Open GYN Beds in Dept: - 4 Labor Rooms - 4 Postpartum rooms PEDS Level: II EMR: EPIC Other Info: Does not have ICU Hospital Privileges required: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active OR License BC/BE DEA BLS, NRP
