OBGYN MD | Full-Time Location: Southbury, Connecticut A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in the Southbury, Connecticut area is actively seeking a full-time OBGYN MD to join its growing women’s health team. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Strong clinical, surgical, and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered women’s healthcare
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, prenatal care, labor & delivery, and postpartum care
- Perform gynecologic surgeries including minimally invasive procedures
- Conduct annual exams, preventive screenings, and contraceptive counseling
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of women’s health conditions
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and hospital teams
- Participate in shared call coverage
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
