Saint Luke’s North Hospital–Barry Road currently seeking a Full-Time OB Technologist for nights. Shift: 3 12 hour night shifts 6:45PM to 7:15AM per week weekend and holiday shift requirements Surgical scrub tech experience preferred. Certified scrub tech (CST) candidates preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: OB Technician within the organizational structure of the Labor and Delivery area assists in delivery of care to the patient experiencing surgical intervention. Primary function is to assist with surgical procedures. The OB Tech provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. The OB Tech individualizes and modifies care according to the patients needs. The OB Tech collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care. The OB Tech assumes a multiskilled role performing clinical and clerical functions that serves as an integral member of the primary patient care team.
