Seeing an Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our all female-owned private practice. The team provides outstanding women’s health care and personalized treatments including everything from annual wellness exams through pregnancy and birth. They also offer noninvasive, state-of-the-art aesthetic treatments for a comprehensive approach to women’s wellness. - Practice delivers at 1 hospital and works at another 2 - 24 to 30 patients daily, mix of OB and GYN patients, all ages - Enjoy a better work/life balance, more PTO and benefits compared to hospitals - Autonomy of your own schedule - No RVUs required - OB is available if you prefer - Full support staff paired with local MFM, Sonographers and 1 full time Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist do all triage and only show up when patients are ready to deliver. - Da Vinci and XI robotics device. No need to be trained as our current doctor is a trainer, you just need to have interest. - Owner is the first woman to start the robotics program - The practice utilizes a new patient marketing tool to help attract more patients Schedule - 4 days a week; 8am to 5pm. - 1 to 2 of those days could be surgery days, if the physician is robotics trained - Call: 1:4 every 4 days (negotiable) Compensation and Benefits - $285k to $355k annually - Production bonus: 25% of comp if collections are exceeded and all providers hit their goals - Partnership option after 3 year contract - 20 PTO days, 5 days off at major holidays, 3 days off at minor, totaling 45 days off - Medical, dental, vision and 401k with 3.5% match - Life, Accidental, Short Term Disability covered - Licensing paid- CME credit of $3,000 per year - Malpractice covered by the practice
