About The Position
Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Lawrenceburg is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN to join an established and thriving practice in a growing community. With a strong patient base, experienced support staff, and a collaborative environment, this opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance and high earning potential. Position Highlights: Flexible scheduling: 14 days on/14 days off, alternating with current OB/GYN Busy, established practice with a consistent patient volume Midwife and APP support – Midwives take first call High delivery volume – Approximately 400 deliveries per year New, expanded clinic space Laparoscopic surgical cases available Hospitalist program for GYN admissions Competitive compensation and strong earning potential Comprehensive Benefits Package: Up to $75K sign-on bonus Up to $15K relocation assistance Hospital employment with a full benefits package (including 401k and EAP) Paid vacation & malpractice coverage Practice management support Annual CME allowance Student loan assistance
