About The Position

Women’s Health Associates, an established OB/GYN practice in Columbia, is expanding and seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join its 11-physician team. The practice is known for its collaborative culture, strong mentorship, and commitment to exceptional women’s healthcare. The opportunity offers growth and stability with ongoing practice expansion and new physicians joining next year. It provides a supportive culture with experienced, collegial partners and a balanced practice mix of OB and GYN, predictable scheduling, and a post-call day off to ensure work-life balance. The role offers career flexibility, welcoming Board Certified, Board Eligible physicians, and 2026 OB/GYN residents. Practice highlights include a set 24-hour call day (office/hospital in the same building) with a post-call day off, weekend call of 1:5 shared equally, and early office closure on Fridays at 3:00 pm. The practice offers a full spectrum of women’s health services, including advanced procedures and two Da Vinci robotic systems, a Level III NICU, onsite mammography, and MFM consults. It is affiliated with Boone Hospital Center, Boone Health System. Women’s Health Associates has provided compassionate, personalized care combined with the latest medical advancements for over four decades.
