Axia Women's Health - Indianapolis - South, is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN Associate Physician . This is an outstanding opportunity with an excellent work-life balance with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment. Practice Profile: 2 office locations: Indianapolis and Greenwood Strong work-life balance with shared call coverage and OB Laborist/CNM coverage One call day per week (8am - 6pm) Occasional night shift (6pm - 8am) Additional pay for all call coverage Hospital Affiliation: Franciscan Hospital - Indianapolis LEVEL III NICU 24/7 Anesthesia covering L&D Robotics MFM, Neonatologists & Advanced Neonatal Practitioners Benefits: Group-reimbursed Indiana Medical license, DEA, renewals, & Hospital credentialing Company-paid Malpractice Insurance coverage Health, dental and vision insurance options Additional total reward options including supplemental life insurance, FSA, HSA, identity theft, long term care, pet insurance and more 401(k) employer match. Pay or shift range: $300,000 - $450,000 USD annual salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
