About The Position

Women’s Pavilion of South Mississippi is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join their thriving, patient-centered practice. They welcome applications from 2026 and 2027 OB/GYN residents. The practice offers an established, collegial team of 7 board-certified physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment with strong clinical staff. The position utilizes advanced technology and resources, including robotic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, 3D mammography, fetal ultrasound, and infertility testing. The role emphasizes a balanced lifestyle with a 1:6+ weekend call rotation and a post-call day off, along with a dedicated half-day surgery block each week. The practice provides full-spectrum OB/GYN care, covering preventive services, obstetrics, surgery, and urogynecology, with access to subspecialty training and advanced procedures. Structured mentorship is available for early-career physicians, with opportunities for leadership and partnership.

Requirements

MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license
Strong surgical skills with interest in both OB and GYN care
Committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and contributing to practice growth
