About The Position

Paint Creek OBGYN is expanding its physician team and seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join a warm, supportive practice in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The practice welcomes Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYNs ready to launch their careers in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. The practice offers a supportive, team-oriented culture with a close-knit 5-physician group (expanding to 6 in 2026) that values mentorship, collaboration, and work-life balance. Physicians will have a balanced work schedule including 3 office days, a 24-hour weekly call day, and an OR/Admin day, with shared weekend and holiday calls. The role provides comprehensive clinical experience in full-spectrum women’s healthcare, including obstetrical and gynecological ultrasounds, fetal monitoring, and minor office procedures like Endosee, hysteroscopy, and MonaLisa Laser Touch Therapy. The practice also offers access to multispecialty resources, collaborating with specialists in family practice, internal medicine/nephrology, podiatry, dermatology, and leveraging Beaumont Hospital’s radiology, physical therapy, and lab services. The office is located in Rochester Hills, MI, a vibrant, family-friendly community. The practice is affiliated with Corewell (Beaumont) Hospital – Troy, which features a Level III NICU, onsite Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists, surgical robotics access, and block surgical time dedicated to the practice. Rotating clinical staff support physicians to ensure focus on patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum women’s healthcare
• Perform obstetrical and gynecological ultrasounds
• Perform fetal monitoring
• Perform minor office procedures like Endosee, hysteroscopy, and MonaLisa Laser Touch Therapy
• Participate in a 24 hour weekly call day
• Participate in shared weekend and holiday calls
